Building Resiliency

Clinical Care for Those Who Serve

Welcome

Welcome to the temporary home of Keepers Wellness. We are a team of experienced clinicians, therapists, and first responder specialists dedicated to providing trauma-informed mental health services to the individuals and families who protect our communities. Much like the lighthouse keepers of old who maintained the light through relentless storms, our mission is to ensure that those who stand watch for others have the support and care needed to keep their own lights burning.

Core services

Our clinicians specialize in treating emotional trauma, substance use disorders, and acute stress injuries using evidence-based modalities like DBT, REBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

We provide a full range of HIPAA-compliant services, including individual and couples counseling, critical incident response, and peer support program management. We understand the unique challenges of the first responder culture, including the need for confidentiality and flexible, non-traditional scheduling.

As we finalize our full website, please feel free to reach out to our team directly regarding clinical services or agency support.

Steadfast Guardians for Those Who Protect Our Communities

Steadfast Guardians

Much like the lighthouse keepers of old who maintained the light through relentless storms, firefighters serve as the guardians of our communities. At Keepers Wellness, our mission is to provide the support, resources, and care first responders need so they can keep their lights burning for themselves and the communities that depend on them.

Clinical Expertise

Keepers Wellness was founded on a deep commitment to the health and wellbeing of firefighters and their families. Our team offers a unique combination of clinical expertise—including Ph.D. and Master’s level clinicians—and first-hand experience, with backgrounds ranging from retired firefighters and paramedics to active law enforcement and trauma therapists.

Trauma-Informed Support

We understand the unique challenges first responders face, including stigma, confidentiality concerns, and demanding, nontraditional schedules. To reduce barriers to care, we offer flexible appointment times and a dedicated 24/7 confidential, HIPAA-compliant call-answering service for contracted agencies.
